Workers' working time is recorded through a WebApp, a universal application accessible from any device. Operations are detailed by each operator by selecting the pertinent items from the specifications. A dedicated section allows for additional notes and specifies the materials used.

Thanks to the WebApp and integrated artificial intelligence, technical and administrative staff can consult the work performed, organized by specification and chronologically. All information is available to calculate order costs, prevent unforeseen events, and optimize resources.

Monitoring of staff on remote orders

The attendance detection system, which serves as a stamping for the "virtual time card," allows authorized personnel to mark their entry and exit from the workplace in compliance with current regulations. The system uses geolocation, which can be activated with a simple click from a smartphone. At the end of the workday, the virtual time card is closed with the same procedure.
